How would you like to have a great time skating
with your friends while making some money
for your favorite organization or charity?

It's easy...

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

1. You pre-sell tickets at whatever rate you decide.
(Tickets must be approved by Pickwick prior to selling.)
Example: You sell 100 tickets for $15.00 each = $1500.00

2. Your ticket holders show up for the public session

3. Pickwick Ice will count the number of tickets turned in.
Example: Only 30 of the 100 people show up

4. Pickwick will charge you $7.50 per each ticket turned in.
Example: 30 people x $7.50 = $210.00

5. You get to keep the rest of the money for your organization.
Example: $1500.00 - $210.00 = $1290.00 organizations profit.

NOTE:
Even if all the people you sold tickets to show up,
your organizations will still keep whatever amount
over $7.50 you charged for the tickets.
Example: (ticket price of $20.00 x 50 tickets sold)
MINUS
($7.50 Pickwick fee x 50 tickets) 
= $625.00 organization profit.

         

TO GET STARTED

1. Contact Pickwick Ice at (818) 845-5300 ext 173
2. Request a date and time for a public session for your fundraising event.
3. We will verify the date and time of the public session for your fundraising event.
4. You will pre-print a sample of your tickets.
5. Bring in the sample page of the tickets so we can sign off on them
6. Retrun a signed copy of the Fundraising Agreement
7. Once we verify the tickets you may begin to sell them.

You may not sell tickets on the premises of Pickwick Ice at any time. This includes the day of the event. Everyone showing up must have already purchased the tickets from one of your representatives.
