1) Entering Average: a) Highest 2009-2010 book average, if none, b) Summer Average (must bring league sheet, min. of 7 league sessions), if none, c) 220 scratch
2) Participating bowler is responsible for presenting and proving an accurate average.
3) Bowlers submitting a higher average than their actual average will bowl with that average.
4) Bowlers submitting a lower average than their actual average may be disqualified.
5) All other rules governed by USBC Tournament rules 2010-2011. Rule #'s 319a2, 319d, and 319e are waived.
6) Tournament attire please. No cut-off shorts, hats, alcohol, tobacco, derogatory, or sexual statements on shirts.
7) Tardy bowlers will receive a ZERO for each frame missed.
8) POOR SPORTSMANSHIP WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and may lead to disqualification.
9) Make checks or money orders payable to : NLAC-USBC (any returned checks are subject to 3X the amount of the check OR $100, whichever is greater, plus a $25 fee).
10) Divisions : A) Scratch B) Handicap = 90% of 200 C) Bumpers (non-certified) Trophies or medals only
11) Format : 3 games per bowler. Adults may have 2 multiple partners. MUST BE PREPAID. Partners added together plus handicap (for B Division) to determine the winners of each division.
12) Awards : Youth Scholarships excluding Bumper Division ($100 first place scholarship per division with a minimum of 20 entries per division). Adults will receive Certificates (1 in 10 ratio). Trophies (1 in 10 ratio).
13) Entry Fees : $15.00 per bowler (pre-paid); $20.00 per bowler on site ($5.00 late fee) $7.50 lineage; $6.00 Scholarship/Trophy Fund (returned 100%); expenses $1.50. Balance to NLAC-USBC ways & means. Prepaid entries must be received by August 30, 2010. Late fees wil be added to the scholarship/trophy fund.
